Okay...you, my adoring readers and greatest fans, have probably heard about all kinds of different addictions. Drugs, gambling, alcohol, eating and even *gasp!* the naughty stuff...but today, it has struck my boredom chords to tell you about my addiction, one that is not listed above, and that you most likely have never heard of.
I, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, am what I call addicted to Plot. No...not "pot", P-L-O-T. Stories, fictions, -----...I can't think of another word for it...hmmmm. In other words, books, comic books, manga, movies, t.v shows and all together anything with a plot, that isn't crappy.
It is my theory that I am not the only victim, my Mama, has what I believe to be a milder case of it. It is this addiction, that I believe to be part of the reason I am a writer. Do I tell stories because of the plot addiction or do I have the addiction because I tell stories???
A medical conundrum for another day.........
Unlike the before mentioned addictions, mine is mostly all positive, sure it may cost a bit to keep supplied, and maybe I don't exercise as much as I should....but it's all good :D
